9. Order Cancellation or Changes

Where applicable law permits the parties to agree on jurisdiction, disputes that cannot be resolved informally may be submitted to a court with lawful jurisdiction over the company's registered place of business.
This provision does not override mandatory consumer jurisdiction or statutory rights that apply to a customer.
